these days u dont have to give ldp 1 or 2, that option is not there, it just searches for available printers, also the driver is auto installed on mostly all os.

Thanks, the simple video help me finally install my new printer.After un-installing the old HP printer I've tried for past 3 days to install the new driver and did not work. Many of the files was left behind not allowing for the new software to complete the installation on my laptop. Finally using the simple task in window 7 adding printer; worked !

Just need to ask ... My printer was installed already to the computer But since it was unplug from the wire .... To fix the problem, ink pad is not working . Then now it was fixed .... Then to used .... And connect back to the computer, then How?

+Jerry Oswin in some cases if the printer isn't listed on your computer, you must download the drivers from the official website.

Ok, so I have a perfectly good windows 7 laptop, purchased a HP printer which stated print from ANY device ANYWHERE. So why is it, I can't even use this printer with USB plug in? Is the tech so corrupted that if you don't upgrade, you don't play? I used to be able to find device hardware and install it with no problems, is there even a chance in hell that I will be able to use my new printer without upgrading windows OS? I have another question.....Microsoft felt it necessary to put their control on every part of my laptop. This of course was after they took every file off. I cannot even make a simple change to anything, cannot check device status, change network settings, nothing, how do I remove microsoft (security) control of my system and settings?

All you have to do is go into google and type in your model number example Epson sx125, there it will show a blue box to download... happy days, just download the driver, trust me its easy, easy as having a baby in a hospital
