Your decision to abruptly end it without demonstrating how to configure it to work with DHCP on Open-WRT is baffling to me, as it falls square within the scope of this guide. Other than that, I appreciate the pace and attention to detail in getting users almost all the way there.

Why not simply install adguardhome from openwrt software repo?

This is not like Linux. It will not just install and have the package ready for you. What if you have packages already that conflicted you have to figure it out.

Openwrt is a Linux distro. And you can install adguardhome from CLI or WebGUI (LUCI) using its package manager.

@@Norkgb you are mistaken, like all of life's greatest problems, conflicts can simply be ignored. (as long as they only occur with the newly installed packages) Fully installed without even touching the ssh session I had already open and waiting.

@genev7126 I didn't understand you my question is why can't script install and do these alterations of conflicts by redirecting ip addresses from gateway to 127 if it's a network issue but if it's packages then reinstall through another and script will take care rest for the app to run while it's running similar app that uses different package model versions. I mean really Linux still behind with such drama when windows workarounds work in such degree
