Great guide! Clear and simple... a suggestion: when you have more than a save game to manage you have to rename the config.xml file before run the replace faces button ;) I also have an issue with staff: when apply filter nothing change and if i go back to new search button nothing is selected; again if i run NewGAN Manager for staff and i press replace faces button nothing happend and no face are generated. Can you help me?

@@PRIISEK sure! I got a separate folder for staff faces and separate profile for the convertion. I noticed that when you apply isnewgen filter on staff search it changes the include options turning it like i'm in a player search filter.... anyway i saved the staff list in the RTF files and set it in the NewGAN Manager and nothing happened. So we have two kind of problem: staff not filtered for isnewgen only and no faces applied for the manager :(

The staff don't get filtered as the software picks up that the Newgen have R- at the start of their unique number unlike the real staff . Maybe you can email me some photos of the steps you taking, so I can see if there's something up. [e-mail]

Hi. So 99% it's the filters. If you haven't swapped the filters, it will fail. Double check the video that you not missed it. It's easy to skip in KZbin videos but you can't in this, as every second is something important.. You can always email me screenshots

Got the players done easy. When i try to generate on the FM MANAGER app it says "file south America not found in image directory"... This is probably due to the fact that my staff pack downloaded without organising pictures by counties and they are just numbered 1-900.... What should i do?

Hi. As I have said in the video, you need to use the players Facepacks to do the staff, in the video I say use a different colour of shirts from DF11 , so you no who are the ones that have updated. If you follow it step by step, it will work, don't skip as you might miss very important info. Thanks for your support 👍

Hi. So you need to watch the video fully. You run the software after the 1st season or so. Then normally do it after each youth intake but in the video it explains what to do for the next time you run it & repeat run it. 👍 Any issues please message here 👊 enjoy

You will need to have a new profile, Facepack and RTF file. But sometimes the other save will have covered all of the Newgen players. I find though, that some players are missing & need to do a whole new set up. Any issues please just ask.

Nope will only take a few seconds depending on the speed of your pc etc. It has been known that you can get a bad install, maybe you need to uninstall & start again.

I've deleted the old software (NewGenManager) and reinstalled it, I followed every single step as shown in the video and I managed to get the players, but not the staff. When I try to replace the scriptfaces of the game, nothing happens and when I try to replace the player pictures again it works, but it still won't change the staff pictures. I looked in the log file and you can see that the player pictures are being changed, but with the staff, nothing happens.

The staff one with script works a little different to the players one. Have you made a 2nd Newgen face pack & renamed it? Then done a 2nd profile for the staff ones?

@@antunantolovic8336 I think I mentioned about the female faces in the video, the software is not that advanced to no the difference between male & female, it only picks up that there is a R- for a Newgen staff member. So unfortunately you only get male faces. Hope that helps 👍

Hola en mi caso tengo dentro de la carpeta de fmugens donde estan las distintas razas que serian para los jugadores, otra carpeta aparte que se llama Staff con sus respectivas imagenes de personal que son distintas a las de los jugadores. El problema que al ejecutar el newgan manager con el RTF de los empleados, el programa toma las imagenes de las carpetas de las razas que seria la de los jugadores y no toma de las de la carpeta staff, entonces los empleados tienen imagenes de los jugadores. Hi. I don't no of a folder that works called staff, as per the instructions in the video, you are using a duplicate of the cutout players faces or a different face pack from DF11 to be used for the staff. These packs are the only ones I no that have the correct address codes to work with NEWGAN. Any issues you can email me some photos, [e-mail] thanks👌

@@PRIISEK Ok muchas gracias por ayudar, claro utilizo otro pack con imagenes mas caricaturescas, pero deberias ver que buneas estan y las de las carpeta staff son mejores pero creo que la unica manera de introducirlas es manual con el config xml. Exactamente se ve que los nombres de las faces de personal no los reconoce el new gan. Además tiene personal femenino que el NGM tampoco diferencia entre hombre y mujer. Abrazo a la distancia!

Yes unfortunately the program is not that good to tell the difference between male & female 😬🤦😂😂 Yes lots of different Facepacks available but not all work with NEWGAN unless like you said, you edit it. 👌 Enjoy & thanks

Or maybe just change the newgen faces one by one when a male face is allocated to a female profile? I’ve come across an issue where when I untick the 4 options in “include” for the staff search I am left with 0 results, all the search options are reset. Any advice?

Some countries did, but some did not; for example, the Portuguese did, but the Germans did not.

Odd, not noticed Germans not changing before, maybe when you run it the 2nd time on Preserve add nationality in the player search & make a RFT with just Germans & that skills pick up those players 👌
