It looks like you're turning the splined bolt that attaches the shock clevis to the control arm. You should hold the bolt still while tightening the nut.

You could also use a locking pliers to hold it.

I replaced my upper & lower control arm along with my cv axel. Now my tire is sticking out about an inch, any ideas?

Is the cv axle pushed in all the way?

Are the supreme lower control arms worth it?

What is the ride height? I got 20s on my magnum AWD rt
@FixCarYourself2 жыл бұрын
It's best to check the Manuel for your specific year, make, and model. However, their are others videos to check out on YT that show how to measure it with a ruler. Also do a google search and you'll find the range for the front and the rear.

I can't seem to find info on the ride height in a stock AWD rt magnum. Please help me find the info

For the ride height, I think I will jack up the knuckle until the car just lifts off of the jack stand, and tighten those bolts there.

Once the job is complete do you have to get a alignment?
@FixCarYourself4 жыл бұрын
Most likely yes. You will feel the car pulling to one side. So its best to get an alignment.
