I have been looking for a way to store fishing rods in my truck. I stumbled on an item on Amazon Vehicle Fishing Rod Holder by KUDES. amzn.to/333E8hI
There were no instructions, so I had to just wing it. The install process was pretty quick and easy once I stared at it long enough lol. My install time would have been greatly decreased if my third row also had oh crap handles. No duct tape was needed, just needed a few zip ties and we were good to go.

I was looking for some Local Fishing reports. For some reason your Vid popped up for me to watch so hey I'm here. I have the same straps for my Tahoe, a bit smaller than your Burban. I took the the extra webbing and cut it off used a lighter to melt the ends then used the scrap of strap I cut off and made a loop with it using the male end of the quick release. I then unscrewed the garment hook made a small hole in the 2 ends of the small loop with the quick release and screwed the garment hook back in place thru the small holes I made. Now when I go to install my rod slings for a trip I just clip them in to the buckles attached to the hooks. Best of luck this summer and tight lines from NW PA.

@@madmullets Thanks for stopping by! Yeah, you definitely have to do some modifications for the Tahoe/Suburban-style vehicles. They do work pretty well afterward though.
