Honestly, this is one of the reasons I want the new head-unit. Being able to back up with a camera is a great feature, especially when on trails and navigating difficult-tight terrain.

Hello quick question and awesome vid btw thank you for your help! I was wondering if you knew why my reverse camera isn’t activating by itself when I put my car in reverse? I did everything just like you said, and the camera works perfect but I have to activate the camera manually.

Nice clean install. 2 questions though. I already have a 3rd brake light mounting bracket behind my spare tire. Will adding this bracket make it too wide to re attach the bolts? Also, I have a 2017. I didn't see anyone else use that blue and grey attachment piece by the tail light. Do I have that also?

what vehicle side wires does she pull through to connect to "camera side" ? Those don't come with the back up camera??

I installed red wolf backup camera for my 2018 keep wrangler for my stinger head unit the parking guide line has been disappeared is there away to fix that

what if when you connect to the power supply (wires camera wont turn on?) ive tried with a 9v battery and the camera comes up on display just no power from your wiring connections section any help?

The camera is wired to turn on and off with the vehicle. This way you can view the backup camera on demand and not one when the vehicle is in reverse. The reverse trigger going to the radio or monitor that it is connected to will be what controls it showing up automatically when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
