Great video. Have you thought about a video showing how to set defaults using CUPS on a Mac. This is something we have started doing ourselves. This way when the customer does File, print it is already set for B&W and or single sided without going through the menus?

Thank you. I have a video on disabling 2-sided in CUPS but not one about the default settings. I will do a video on this.
