Make sure the copier is connected via the Ethernet port and that it’s connected to the internet. Make sure no jobs are currently in queue. Make sure the hard drive is enabled.

Dear Sir! On my Chrome entered my IP address of the Konica Minolta C203 on the URL bar and I can not connect to my printer (splash page doesn’t work). What can be the issue? I entered different IP adrresses manually and also did not work. Thank you for your help!

Make sure the ethernet cable is plugged into the copier. The Network tab will eventually pop up.
