it is very laggy on my laptop. i have an hp spectre x360 with intel core i7 11th gen processor and 16gb ram. does it has to do with my 11th gen processor, because it was never supported by a mac?

The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.

Everythings fine until I get to the install screen and then Error - Installation cannot proceed because the installer is damaged , redownload the installer and try again :(

i think some people might be only be able to go up to MacOS 11 because their hardware cannot support any of the above it is nice to have a mac os vm though i would not suggest signing in to your apple id in case apple find out you could get tracked down though find my phone and other apple features

I have downloaded the Big Sur from the official website but they do not display the version on the iso file. I guess I will have to download your iso file, cuz I keep getting this error message: "the cpu has been disabled by the guest operating system. power off or reset the virtual machine" Anyway man, thank you so much for this kind of stuff, i'm studying on a concourse and this will help me a lot.

if the installation took 4 hours for you and with those good specs, you didnt optimize your vm well and done for it to finish faster, it only took me 1 and a half hours on an i7
