Can I go from global rom to Xiaomi EU without losing data? If not is there a good way to backup and migrate data? Google backup usually isn't enough for me. Can something like Titanium backup work to transfer all of my data?

how do you copy rom into the phone? when i did format data and tried to copy rom from pc to phone via mounting but it just says you cant make a new folder beacause device has been disconnected.

I don’t think you have to format data everytime you want to install an update, i think you can just dirty flash the new build on top of the old one

I am using miui eu v.11 stable rom in my note 7 pro.But i want to migrate stable to weekly update.But i have failed.After install the weekly rom it stuck on boot loop. I tried also to fastboot the original china version of my note 7 pro but there i have faced a problem that is vendor error. Now how can i moved to weekly from stable without facing any brick and how will fixed the vendor problem.

Yeah that happens with the Chinese rom. Not sure why tho. You should take a loom at installing the xiaomi.eu rom. I'm pretty sure you'd prefer that one

Henreeneo thanks for clarifying. I think I just have bad luck with my Mi9 SE. Tried Global Rom, wifi can not turn on. Tried every possible thing gives me fastboot bootloop. Then I tried Xiomi.eu with the original China base, recovery bootloop.

Actually, if you weren't enrolled in beta version, and you have already been using the beta MIUI12, you can just flash new full-size beta zip in the recovery. It will upgrade successfully and you data are sill there.

Actually didn't work in my trials .... flashed twice from 20.4.27 to 20.4.30 on my MI Note 10 and didn't boot up. Had to wipe data completely and then flash 20.4.30 again before it worked.

What ROM did you use, EU or Chinese?

@@henreeneo It was China Stable ROM, and try to move to EU Rom, but I get stuck in Redmi logo (EU MIUI 11) or MIUI logo (EU MIUI 12). I did: UBL (succeed) -> Install TWRP (succeed) -> Wipe cache, data, dalvik (sometimes I tried, sometimes no -> succeed) -> install zip file (succeed) -> wipe cache (sometimes I tried, sometimes no -> succeed) -> format data (sometimes I tried, sometimes no -> succeed) -> reboot system. But stuck in Redmi logo (EU MIUI 11) or MIUI logo (EU MIUI 12). Any idea?

@@henreeneo Problem solved. It’s look like after flasing TWRP, my phone (Redmi K30) need to boot to CN ROM. But that will my TWRP gone. So I back to CN stable using Mi Flash Tools. And then, from CN Stable I flash old EU ROM using fastboot (Jan 2020 ROM), install TWRP, boot to EU ROM, and install EU latest from TWRP. Just write here may be someone got the same problem as mine.

Your phones not bricked then. Go to xdadevelopers.com and search for installing Xiaomi.eu rom for the mi note 10. Or simply just visit Xiaomi.eu

Do not trust google services from those markets , i love this UI but i can wait few days to get official ROM. All this apps you can get from external market places is not secure . Stay safe don't give your credentials to third party software. Personally i trust ONLY google store
