(this is the kit I bought but it's been unavailable for quite some time)
some parts you will need:
-FASCIA BUMPER BRACKET RIGHT & LEFT 68375014AA
or you can reuse the ones from old bumper, if so be carefull not damaging them because they are attached with metal rivets
-FOG LIGHT LAMP WIRING HARNESS KIT 68259673AA to hook side markers or you can reuse the one from old bumper

Correct, the hellcat bumper doesn't have the base to install the fog lights, so yes you will no longer use them but I recommend you reuse their harness which also connects to the side marker lights, so that way you don't need to buy another one

hi i’m doing this to my sxt i got the bumper on american muscle saying it fits my sxt & ik the bumper doesn’t use fog light so i know i have to get the bottom cut outs but besides that do i need anything else ?

Hello, did you just buy the bare bumper or a full kit? Mine is part of a body kit so it came complete with all the parts ready to be installed, I had to add some bumper cover retainer brackets and a harness for the sidemarkers, but if your was the bare bumper, you need the bumper reinforcement, upper and lower grills, headlight bezels, lower vent grills, lower front lip splitter, splitter reinforcement, closeouts. unfortunately, other than the first 2, I don't have any part numbers for those because they already came with it, but that's all you my want to look up. I hope this helps

Thermal expansion/contraction of plastic is way higher than steel, it also deforms by time. The other issue is the paint. You can not use the same paint on that part of the car! I wonder what the designers were thinking!

Hi me again. I see you had the corner bracket for the fasia support that I'm going to replace. Is it easy to remove it from the bumper?

Yes is easy, I decided not to remove it at that time because I wanted to keep in case I need it for a replacement, but it's very easy to remove them, you just drill that top piece with the rivet hole and it separates, use a drill bit that is bigger that the rivet hole maybe a 1/4 inch drill bit for those, check this video so you know what I mean: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3-8lnivnLJ1l68

Hi, I got this kit as well which manufactured by taiwan. Top side of the bumper(over the headlight part) is wavy. I see that it is wavy for you as well. The guy who sold it, told me that it will be okay after sun heat affects that. Is it right?

Yeah I know, I like the fog lights too, and unfortunately no, these bumpers do not have headlight brackets to install them, I have been playing with the idea of creating a bracket so I can use my old foglights but not sure if it will look cool or not

Lol, it doesn't really shake like the old school hemis, but you can see the twisting of the engine thru the shaker when you rev it that looks cool 💯

So I'm in the middle of doing this and having issues with the underside belly pan. The plastic parts that cover the engine from below. what did you do there? Mine's not long enough to fit to the new Hellcat wind splitter.

If you got the aftermarket kit, yeah that little plastic cover that goes with the hellcat splitter it's very short, I manage to attached to one of the middle screws that connects to the belly pan underside part, but I recommend to get the actual reinforcement part, here the part number 68260156AC for hellcat, I just got the widebody or demon splitter along with the support for it 68375014AA I am installing, video coming soon, that should cover that gap and also gives more support to the splitter, hope this answers your question

I just saved them for now, becuase the hellcat bumper does not use foglights, but I have been trying to find some kind of bracket or adapter that goes where the small grills are on the hellcat bumper but have not seen anything in the aftermarket that does it, it would be cool thou

Yes, I swapped mine for the R/T they fit I little tight, but I like the glossy look on the R/T bezels

The kit comes with metal rivets, for the top you will also need the hood seal so you can attach together at the same time, I found this nice package where it includes the hood seal, rivets and side brackets cheaper than oem amzn.to/3GeS9Im

How is the fitment of the bumper on the car

The bumper fits tight inlcuding the clips and tabs for the upper grill but once installed and put together it felt firm and there is no shaky parts at all, with the paint the lines came out good but of course is not original but a good replica

Yes, the bumper in the challenger scat, R/t, and sxt are identical and it fits

the bumper came with the metal rivets and used a couple to install the brackets I also bought some plastic rivets from amazon and harbor freight has cheaper ones, autozone has better ones but are a little expensive

@@bory6646 kit comes with metal rivets, but oem uses some plastic rivets, not sure what size are they specifically but here is a link to them amzn.to/3nerIto it also comes with hood seal that you will eventually need to close the gap between the hood and bumper, you can goggle them as challenger hood seal rivets or challenger rivets
