Instructions
1. Unlock your boot loader
Go to Settings, About phone and find your build number.
Tap on your build number 6 times until you see “You’re now a developer”.
Go in Developer options, enable OEM unlocking.
Shut Down your Phone
Hold Vol + & Vol - and Connect the USB-C Cable
Device will boot in DOWNLOAD MODE.
Long press volume UP to unlock the bootloader.
This will wipe your data and automatically reboot your device!
After Reboot the Bootloader is unlocked.
2. Odin
Reboot your phone to download and flash VulcanV2.tar in AP, your devies odin pack in BL
!!! Make sure you use the correct odin pack !!!
NOTE: If coming from V1 or a different ROM, make sure you select the format option.

Firstly I wish to thank you for all the help in your videos which has enabled people to extent the use of top end Samsung phones. Through personal experiance may I suggust an added step before flashing the phone. Make sure that any protection like KNOX is disabled. If this is not done then in the ODIN Mode then OEM LOCK : will remain ON, and it will not be able to proceed the installation. I have a question regarding the Vulcan ROM V2 , how are update patches , UI and Andriod upgrades?

This comment is for people who have the NOTE20ULTRA N986B 5G version. You need to first before you do anything shown in the video, you have to disable Knox, there are some programs that you have to use to disable knox, after you disable, do the video tutorial.

clearly you dont know what knox is so let me explain knox is a extra security layer on top of android that used for features like secure folder and samsulg pay wallet and samsung health so once phone bootloader in unlocked or phone rooted the efuse gets tripped (knox 0x0 to 0x1) knox detects it and knox get disable automaticlly and permanently even if you go back to stock rom again and locked the bootloader the knox is gone forever and samsung pay secure folder samsung health will never work again

Sir my note 20 ultra 5g was patched dual sim and using android 12, i followed your stepts and install vulcan 2 rom, everything gone perfectly fine, but after farmat once phone restarted and i got an error saying "unable to find partition for path '/PBRP', now my phone is getting suck on logo, i tried to flash multiple times and its getting same issue. can you please reply me with the resolution. there was a magisk app that i renamed befor flash to make it hide for some financial apps

GE yes knox triggered and samsung apps not working any more with an unlock bootloader, then it requires few modules after rooting the rom and installing it, to let bypass knox and to work all samsung apps

Hello. Great video, I am looking into install this Rom, as I want the call recording feature. Just got a few questions, 1. does this trigger Knox. 2. does the phone become rooted, as I want to install this and have the phone not rooted. 3. I have a SM-N986B/DS with Samsung Exynos 990, from reading the comments this will work (double checking). 4. will all the samsung apps work as normal. (NFC) samsung account etc. 5. Will the call recording feature work on whats app and other calling apps like messanger, if not will it work if i install a 3rd party software. 6. Does the call recording feature have a auto recording activation, or does the icon need to be pressed for it to work. Let me know so I can install in the next few days. Thanks

hello, thanks for the great video. after installing this vulcan rom on my Galaxy note 20 (SM 980F/DS) i found some issues like camera settings are stuck at 12MP and when i change to 64mp the camera app is freezing, Gpay is not working. So, can you please tell me how to reinstall original rom? greatly appreciate your help

Everything is okay, I've upgraded my Note 20 without any problems, but unfortunately it has the goddamn bloatware from Mexico's carrier :V. Nothing it could not be fixed with ADB

Lo descargue e instale en mi Galaxy Note 20 Ultra N985F y la verdad además de algunos errores, como el de la cámara, la verdad es que se baja algo mas rápido la batería y de un momento a otro se vuelve lente el equipo, no se siente fluido. La verdad está bonito, tiene muchas funciones, apariencia a versiones más actuales, pero volví a la versión Stock :c
