For me lineage is better. Pixel is having some lagging issues in between. So overall I'll opt for LineageOS.

Ah that's bad. Can you post that on XDA? Other users and developer of the ROM can check and verify if it's a ROM bug. If any user has any solution they can also provide you with a fix. :)

I think Samsung prohibits users from doing that. It might result in a brick. An alternate solution for that is to flash an Android 6 stock based custom ROM.

use FloydQ 2.5, S7 Edge Kernel is way too old so AOD is broken past android 10 where AOD turns off after abt 5 seconds, and fixing this AOD bug is extremely challenging, tho u can try fix it if u feel skilled enough, I highly doubt you will be able to tho. If Android versions past android 10 worked properly, Ananjaser would've already released a newer Android update.

Is your S7 dual sim? Try switching the sim slot. Or try resetting APN settings.
