They have held up well but after over a year of use, Pete took a large rock to the front corner of one that cracked it. It did it's job an protected the car and I'm not sure if the ACS would have held up any better. It was a loud hit as He audibly heard it in the vehicle so Pete was glad he had it.

Yes, you need to be very careful where you drill. We didn't have an issue but some people have from what we have heard.

Anyone have problem with the cooling lines? I just heard from guy at the gym that some people that installed hit those lines

Although these are outstanding for the price the side skirt is drilled into the lower SIDE of the rocker body panel while the more expensive ($500+) side skirts have a wider flange and mounts underneath. - reason this is important if you buy the less expensive side skirts (like this one) you can never remove them because you would see the screw hole on the side of the rocker panel! Also you failed to mention on C7s with automatic transmissions the transmission fluid line runs along the bottom of the rocker on the drivers side. Using a screw to long, or drilling a pilot hole into the rocker could put a hole in the transmission line. If that happens it would cost about $22,000 because the car has to be completely taken apart in order to get to the line! Same risk is true using rivets.

WARNING!!! If you have the front cameras you need a five star security bit to remove them. Your local stores won’t carry these and you will have to order online. I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years and I’ve never seen these before. Even my buddies local body shop didn’t have any. Not to be mistaken with the common 6 star but.
