What if I use laragon? So every time i programming i need to open these: php artisan serve and npm run dev? And when in production I do npm run build and when i do host the server, what should i use only php artisan serve?

Every hosting has a terminal where you run the command line. You can test it also regular cpanel. But this is best server hostinger.com?REFERRALCODE=1SHAIKHMAHE84 YOu can use it it has all support with git.
