Cast is fine and suits an entry budget for air cooled 70 with mid street tuning. I like aluminium with the water cooled cylinders.

For context i have a sr50r 2012, recently changed the crank to a stage 6 pro replica, i also have a stage 6 sport pro mk2 exhaust, malossi multivar and malossi fly clutch with a malossi bell. What kit would you recommend i would like it to be reliable yet fast, maybe something like a malossi sport, polini sport, stage6 streetrace, top performance black trophy, dr evo? Too much to choose from thats why im asking.😅

Go for the Stage 6 kit to match the other parts.

@@davidn6546 Yes and yes, upgrade the carby and always check the integrity of the oil pump if using this system. Add 20mm of oil in a full tank for the first 2 tanks.

Can you put the factory outer pulley on the mhr variator so you keep your electric start?

Consider these things, the angle of the factory fan to the MHR fan, this could chew and flip the belt, also the positiing of the fan in its final position laterally. If you try this do alot of checks before starting and running.

Sorry I don't know. You can make the loom fit with the same electrcial components.

I have a zip also with dr evo 70cc, 21mm dellorto, stage6 mk2 clutch, malossi multivar, stage6 r/t clutch bell, yasuni r, 4,8g rollers, stage6 medium small springs and purple malossi spring but it only goes 80kmh on gps what coold be the problem?

Trial 6.5 gram rollers. Set the clutch to 2.5 lines, the rpm must be high so tune carb to suit. Let me know how you go.

Hey sir , i have a question ?? What variator will work best for me a malossi mhr or malossi overrange ??, i want more speed out of it, my current setup is a Athena racing 70cc 10pin (ac) cylinder kit, malossi sport variator with a polini ceramic evo 3 fan, malossi red furry drive, malossi delta clutch 105mm, Motorking 105mm clutch bell, vforce3 membrane, polini 360 intake manifold, Chinese Keihin 28mm carburetor, Athena 7,5:1 primary gear the secondary is still stock, mvt dd19 direct ignition, roost 70cc high performance exhaust system, stage 6 mk2 10pin crank, Malossi black Contra spring, malossi blue clutch springs, and that's pretty much it,And Ohh it's a minarelli (short) engine.

Over range offers the whole transmission and gives another level to the CVT. We have always been happy with the MHR Var upgrade for the type of riding we do.

I noticed in your video you didn't mention anything about Shim tuning. (AKA Shims on the variator so the belt sits at the lowest point in the variator) Is it gonna be a topic for a different video maybe?

Hello, what main jet do you think i should use? I have a piaggio zip 50 2017 2t with just an exhaust and lighter rollers, i currently also have a pod filter but i want to switch back to the air box, i have 100 in main jet and original is 53. What main jet do you think i should have with a tuning exhaust and lighter rollers?

Take the ones you got on off and take a picture and measure you'll have no problem finding the right ones😑 The Kendas are good of course the angels are better but yeah Learn your scooter or you'll be stuck asking others who know or maybe don't🤷

The Malossi have some great pads in the MHR SYNT and MHR range. New brake fluid and think about a new Disc set. Pirelli or Michelin are fine for street.

I have a typhoon, with 70cc naraku, 21mm dellorto, stage 6 reeds and intake, polini exhaust, 4g rollers with stock transmission and crankshaft. It has a piaggio zip block. With all this mods it has a top speed of 80kmh, pretty slow for a 70cc. what could be the problem?

Very nice kit list, except for the cylinder, your cylinder is giving the rpm the carb and exhaust need to operate to their potential. Change the clutch too.

You can but this is a higher class exhaust, do the research and match the parts.
