reset in startup will take take time back to wins 10 till internals to work can set it ,long story kill shut down many times till internals pick up , tough fun lol

Please need urgent help!!!!! While doing the same process as instructed in the vdo my phone restarted unexpectedly & showing the computer restarted unexpectedly click ok to restart and then restart the installation & I have literally tried 100 times but the same error still showing. How can I go back to my windows 10 mobile?????? Plzzzzzz help
