Excellent video - well organized, nice closeups, clear audio. A minor point - a few times you referred to "the blue adjustment cap" on the blade holder. The blue cap is not adjustable - the black end is, as shown in the video.

Thank you, I have one issue in cut print, whenever I cut circles and shape sticker I fasing cross cutting, like a circle going bit out in shape ,, hope you understand,,, and help me what is issue please, how I fix this issue, my machine name is graphtec ce120 6000🙏

Is there a driver available yet for Mac? I don't see it on the website however I notice there are Mac versions of graphic pro studio and cutter master 4 is available. Ironic?

I recently bought the Graphtec6000-60 Plus and when im ready to start, it wont come off of "load media even though i already loaded the media . Plus help :) Is there a video i can watch to help me out?

My Plotter controller does not look anything like yours but i installed it from the disk that it came with, and it doesn't have a cut test button of most of any of those options that came up on your screen.

Oh nvm it was because you have to go out of simple mode on the cutter and then go back into the program.

Hey very nice Video! I have an important question! I dont have any media to load on here until now i will order it next week! After I have installed the Graphtec Software and installing the Driver i wanted to check it like you do it Minute: 17:08 if there is a connection between my plotter and the Computer! Than when I click on "GRAPHTEC CUTTING PLOTTER CONTROLLER CE6000" he always tell me, that there is no driver installed? I dont understand why? Is this just because i don't make the step to put the medias first? Or is this a Problem because i have a Windows 10 Computer? I would love if you can help me!Sorry for my english! Greets from Germany!

What angle of the blade comes with the Cutter from the factory?

Hi, on the movie I see you using a spring for your blade when inserting into blade holder. Is it necessary ? We have been advised it is needed for the blade to be working properly however having difficulties insering a blade with the spring... also have problems with the machine tearing the material... have been onto customer service but not able to help, getting really frustrated :(

Hi, my apologies for the word 'NOT' missing in my previous post... yes you are NOT using a spring for the blade. and we have been advised that the spring is necessary for the blade to be working properly. We though maybe because we are not using it with a spring it's causing the vinyl material to be torn ...
