How does it works on manual’s gearbox because on video you plugged one cable to brakes course makes sense you starting car with pressing brake pedal so o manual you need press clutch so fits or not on manual

Hello in your package, you don't have plug connector for clutch pedal?? if not it's easy to replace signal from brake pedal to clutch pedal. function of this sensor is same.

Hello, i think it is possible with the software for updating the module, you can ask all the detail to the seller. He willl send you software for update the module and with this software you have a lot of setting for adapt to your car model. Be very careful, you need the software with file for your box controller model. On the box there is a sticker, it is your model. On the video you can see CRN-AD00 at 2:44. If i find where i put the link i will send you.

Hello i don't think that it is possible. Maybe can you ask the seller if there is a configuration for use only the keyless start button.

Installed this same system on my A5... could you let me know if your car doors still automatically lock when you start driving (assuming you have that setting turned on in MMI)? And if the red light on the drivers side door lock button lights up when you lock the doors? Mine now doesn't do either of those...

Thanks. I double checked mine and the 'auto lock' function does work, just wasn't turned on - must've accidentally turned it off. The the red indicator light on the door lock buttons however still doesn't work - just always stays off... not a big deal, but it's handy to see if the doors are locked or not! Hello, you must to try slowly different code. And write on paper all code that you tried and what was working or no. I'm sure you will find the working code for your car. You can check on commentary someone had success with 1-3 down.

ciao, grazie mille, non so dirti se è possibile installare solo il pulsante. Non ci ho mai provato. Se vuoi il pulsante di avvio, faresti meglio a installare un altro modulo. E pagare tutto il sistema e mantenere quel pulsante non è un buon affare. devono esserci altri modi per installare solo il pulsante.

What is the reason for setting keyless module code number 2 and 5?

The reason is when it was down, keyless was not working. And I didn't have any information from the seller about this 8 pin setting. By what I understood it depend about car 2 or 4 door. With or without mirror folding etc.. with this configuration everything was working.

Hi bud. Thanks for this video! Really helped. And love this kit! One small issue with the kit they sent me is the canbus connector is different and does not fit into my cars canbus connector.. Is it possible for u to let me know which pins the 2 canbus ones connect into? (OR what colour wires they bridging to)

if you are not sure you can take multimeter and check voltage on 2 wires. canbus is 2.4v around. sometime it can be orange and orange green also. better to check

Ok. Sorted. Thanks a mil. I came right with the connections to the canua as per your guidance. Thank you very much. The only issue I have now is that I cannot lock/unlock the car with the new keys UNLESS THE CAR IS switched on. So by default, the PKE doenst work on the car door locks. It works to activate and deactivate the start/stop button. But that's all. Nothing with the locks. :( I'm stumped. No idea what to try, went through all the dip switch combinations, no difference

Hello, it can be different because you will have 4 doors for example. You can try 2,5up and if it doesn't work you can change position. And also ask to seller manual. Because our seller didn't give us explanation about this code. We find it by test.

@@nocturneindustrie thanks for the reply.. The seller said I should leave all the switches in the up position, but some things like the AC, PDC sensors, stopped working. The cooling fan was on full blast all the time. When I uninstalled it, everything was back to normal.

You must to try some up and some down by yourself slowly carefully. and write on paper each code you tried till you find the good code. i did like that because the code from the seller was wrong and of course no help from him. don't trust the seller very often they know nothing about product. they just buy from factory and sell it. if any problem open dispute for moneyback.

Kit montato. Tutto funzionante. Solo che i finestrini non si aprono o chiudono da telecomando...invece prima si...ora c'è solo la chiusura automatica dei finestrini se l auto si chiude. Ho messo l antenna sul montante dove c'è la placca AIRBAG..ma se non mi avvicino alla porta non si apre ..quindi se sono dietro o alle porte posteriori non si apre ...penso devo spostare il sensore più al centro

Hello, yes you can plug the OBD VCI and scan the car, no problem with that.

is the module reliable and accurate? does it always lock and unlock and are you able to use your OEM keys? the new keys look cheap to me. is it also secure? i don't have folding mirrors so I wouldn't know besides the red light if its locked. also what about the door handles? wont you need to buy new door handles that will lock and unlock the car?

Mine is the same system shown in the video - been perfect since installation. No to OEM keys, however the new keys are such that you'd struggle to know they're not OEM - exactly the same... haven't had the new metal key that it comes with cut though - still blank. No new handles needed, I have non-folding mirrors also. The red light I was referring to is on the door lock button itself, not the alarm indicator light.

I've upgraded a few things to the car - but hands down this keyless system is the best upgrade. If you're careful and take your time in cutting out the hole for the button in the centre console, it looks completely OEM. Installed it around Spring time, looking forward to being able to remote start it through Winter from inside the house, so I never need to sit in an ice car for 5 mins waiting for everything to melt! Re lock indicator, pretty sure it's unrelated to the system. I had to replace both door lock modules around the same time, and the passenger side replacement lock felt poorly made before I even installed it... sounds just as poor when it locks... and I now have a vague memory that it flagged up on OBD with something like 'door lock communication error', or something to that effect - now almost certain that's the reason for the light not coming on. The system doesn't have any separate chime/beep sounders so the seller is technically correct - its simply a controller to allow for keyless and remote start... that being said it doesn't make any difference to the "chirp" feature (if enabled on the car). I.e if you have the door lock "chirp" confirmation thing (called something like that) enabled on the on the Audi, it will still chirp - won't make a difference to that. The chirp thing is very uncommon here in the UK... you can turn it on with OBD etc but mines set to off. @@tubbycustard8866​

The module is reliable and accurate for this moment, no problem for close or open the door. you don't need door handle, the system work with the key signal for lock and unlock. Yes if you don't have mirror folding, you need to check red light indicator. The key is good quality. Look like original, just need to cut the blade.

Kit installato su q5 manuale 5 porte. Non ho specchi richiudibili. Il venditore mi ha riferito di abbassare solo il PIN 3 verso giù..quindi su ON. Il resto tutto su OFF. L avvio funziona bene da pulsante...anche la chiusura .. non funzionano l apertura e chiusura dei finestrini da telecomando...invece l apertura cofano posteriore funziona. Tramite APP lo sblocco e blocco portiera funziona...ma la messa in moto non funziona...come non funziona neanche l avvio del climatizzatore...e abbassamento finestrini..

Ciao, penso che il tuo modulo abbia un problema. controlla l'intera installazione e se il problema persiste contatta il venditore. Ho controllato e anche con le chiavi originali non riusciamo ad avviare la macchina. possiamo avviare l'auto solo con le chiavi del nuovo modulo

Distance for close is around 1.2meter, on video i didn't show it, but of course for some people it can be unsafe. on this model the miror is folding automatically when the car close, that mean you can easily check with eyes if door is closed.
