First of all, great video ! But I have a slight uncertainty: you already have front parking sensors, so you don't have to code -09 central electronics. From what I have seen on the web this step must be done for the cars without front parking sensors instaled, after the PDC buton retrofit. And then It should be coded in 5F , rear camera instaled. But non the less , great work.

As far as I know it won't work with 3g plus as there is extra module needed

Hello Adrian! First of all nice job. I tried to build in a rewersing camera. The car was facelift model and had front and rear parking sensors with MMI 3G high. I did the coding as you shown but the rear view menu doesn’t came up. What could be the problem.

If your MMI is 3g basic or high, the camera should work without interface

Hi, thanks for this video. How did you find out that this works? I thought you needed the reversing camera module which is connected to the CANBUS system. Does this also work on MMI 3G Plus/High with Nav? Do the grid lines move with the steering to show where you are going? Cheers!

Hi, for MMI 3G Basic a module is not needed. As far as I know it won't work with MMI 3G Plus unless extra module is connected. Grid lines don't move.

Trzeba w MMI nacisnac na prawy dolny przycisk oznaczony jako "rear view" na ekranie

mam pytanie czy czerwony z żółtej wtyczki połączyłeś z czerwonym z zasilania?

Niektore osoby podlaczaja ten czerwony z wtyczki z czerwonym kamerki a na drugim koncu przy radiu do +12V od PDC. Ja czerwony z wtyczki zaslepilem, bo nie byl mi potrzebny. W moim przypadku kamerka dostala stale zasilanie z tylnego gniazdka zapalniczki (stale po zaplonie tylko).

No, sorry, I don't know coding for that. I doubt you will be able to connect camera without extra module

Salut! Adrian, ma poti ajuta cu o informatie? Am instalat o interfata pentru camera( Audi A4 B8 2014) navigatia masinii fiind MMI3g Low, masina este echipata doar cu senzori pe spate! Din cauza tensiunii prea nici(4.5v) nu îmi poate deschide imagina video! Am renuntat la interfta si am cumpărat un display cu carplay de pe Aliexpress si nici aici nu îmi detecteaza reverse, doar daca ii fac eu alimentare pe linia camerei de la firul de marsarier doar ca pe lampa se marsarier are tensiune de 4.5 v, si nu îmi deschide imaginea doar dacă conectez la o sursa 12V! Ai idee daca se poate modificat tensiunea de alimentare la lampile spate?

Od bagaznika gora do podsufitki, potem na wysokosci tylnego fotela w dol i szedl bokiem pod listwami az do przodu, potem nad nogami pasazera az do tylu MMI. Tak, musialem przedluzyc kabel zasilania kamery
