Do you notice significant water pressure/flow drop from faucet?

Yes, there is a slight drop in water pressure. I definitely can tell the difference. It might be like a 30% decrease if I was to guess.

Do not buy this filter. The compression fittings are flimsy and leak. And when I called the 800 number at 3M...they said they don't have replacement part and I needed and to return the entire unit! How much of a pain in the butt is this? I've had two of these and they both leaked!

That is good to know. I have not had that issue since I installed it, but if I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. Thanks for the info

Send it back and they'll replace it for free and most likely give you a discount on another filter. Always give the manufacturer a chance.
