Thank you. Video instructions are so extremely helpful. Is it photo get more from start to finish on how to dump in chalets and the steps to a perfect temper with using the machine and seeding method? This is s relevant and extremely valuable instructional video. Maybe just do a time laps or jump cut to obviously speed up each step. But what I would truely be greatful for is seeing the full instructions from start ti finish on how to use the model 2.0 wheel. I just purchased it and I have it now in my car I’m just unloading it now and going to use it this week. I know that’s short notice but at any time if possible to show us a run through of how to use the machine, even with a quick set up, or maybe like a fast unboxing & set up & how to use from callets to perfect tempered chocolate using the seeding method and the wheel. My goodness this would be such a great valuable video. I can confirm that my husband didn’t want to purchase this unit because he was worried it isn’t going to work to my expectations. After about 6 months of convincing him I can figure out how to use this and it won’t go to waist, he finally agreed to buy it. I currently use a TF20 melter and it was a regrettable purchase as it hasn’t lived up to my expectations. Still a great unit in the way I can melt 24kg but it’s not as user friendly and definitely takes WAY to LONG to lower the temperature to reach temper and hold that temper is just too challenging. So based on that purchase, without seeing how to use this machine from unboxing to finished perfect temper chocolate it’s been a difficult sell to my husband. I was sold immediately on your quality as I could tell I needed more features and you have those features, but it would have been nice to see video to make the purchase sooner. Who knows I probably wouldn’t have purchased the TF20 melter if I had been able to see a full video from this system. Anyway I’m hopping with fingers crossed this is exactly what I need to compliment the TF20 melter. Oh also a trouble shooting or Q&A on things like over Crystalized or over worked chocolate from too much time in the wheel. And other Q&A and helpful user notes would be amazing too if possible. I also have the big acrylic cover (I’m not sure what it’s called, sorry) and the vibration attachment so if possible to have maybe a section to run through all the attachments and how to build onto the unit in another video or same video would be awesome to see as well. But not as necessary as the main videos I’m mentioning here. Sorry for the long msg, I’m clearly over excited!! Cheers!!
