It is called EM door lock. It doesn’t have any brand.

We have eml lock system in our office. Eml lock have power but poor magnetic power. Plate not touch with lock.wht is the Reason???

Is the system has that magnetic problem from beginning? or its power started losing with the time? This may be due to several reasons: 1. May be the supplied power is not enough for the system. 2. There may be some issue with the EM lock. 3. There may be some voltage or power problem in adaptor or you power supply device.
