Regards! I have a question... Can I connect the microcontroler 8051 (I have STC90C52 manofactured STCmicro) to TTL USB converter for programming it?

That depends on wheather your microcontroller has a serial bootloader or not. if it does have it, you can use ST's programming utility and use it
