I installed Dasaita head unit on my Toyota RAV4 2014 but I am hearing constant vibration noises when I am driving. it seems the unit is not perfectly secured into car, any advice?

These radios are basically clipped on there and nothing else I installed something similar in my 2007 tundra and manage to bolt on at least 1 of the oem brakets to the universal braket it comes with the radio so i could make it more solid. Cause sometimes with those clips alone it feels like you gonna hit a bump hard enough and the damn radio would fall off.
