This would have been much more helpful had the video not cut away at key steps like connecting the cable at the trigger. Also, showing close ups of how the cable connects and secures at the seat post would be much more helpful. Being that the instructions included with the post leave a lot to guessing how to do these steps, I was hoping for much more detail here.

We will work on an updated video. Thanks for the feedback. We will take that into consideration for the next iteration coming soon!

Hello Lloyd, here is a link to the line drawing. www.bikethomson.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/009-DROPPER-SEATPOST-USEABLE-DATA-rev-D.pdf

You show installation for the older style remote lever without showing installation for the new remote lever! My problem is that I had no problem figuring out the old style 2 or 3 years ago, but I am mystified by the new setup on the new Elite Dropper I am currently attempting to install!

The lever is installed the same way. The cable housing is installed the same way, just reverse the cable, and secure it using the set screw in the remote lever. The cable end will be located at the cam lever on the post.

Thank you. I did figure it out, but it wasn't immediately obvious to me. I do like the new design.
