Can you please let me know regarding below questions. 1) There are no wall sockets in my Gate unit, where should i connect the power to my remootio 3 2) I am confused how to tap power from the gate control board. There are no wires supplied in my remootio box and only a USB charger was provided. There is no extra wire as per their website

I have solar and the power is tapped into the 12v batteries. I have no power at this gate it is off grid.

Will the remootio app keep track of which user opened/closed the gate? Can 1 time use codes be sent to people, like for example visitors that will come on saturday? Can bluetooth be disabled all together after installed? Seems like a great thing, but there is no documentation. And thanks a lot for the video. I will be using your affiliate link if I can figure out that it is right for us.

i can only open the gate if i am in the same network in other words only works if i am close to the device i am disappointed

@heberheber12 check your settings it has multiple choices for opening on network and also using bluetooth, wifi, or wireless network... sounds like you are on WIFI in the APP

I only have 3 options the one I really need it’s WiFi but only works if I am in the same network as soon as I deseable WiFi on my phone I have to go to Bluetooth but not WiFi

@heberheber12 the top left is Bluetooth only works 50-100ft... wifi works only on the same network as you stated... and the top right setting is wireless which works anywhere that you have cell signal.

@heberheber12 it's actually called Internet far right setting at the top home screen of the app. May need to set this up as well.

Here is my original video hooking up the original Remootio 1 unit as I mentioned in the video which takes place a year prior.
