@@CanadianCruisin well is a little bit more difficult than on yours thats for sure but between the 335i and the wrx i think on the 335i is easier just a little uncomfortable like all german cars but no i will let you know when i install them

Definitely a must on any engine imo. And make sure it can’t bounce or rattle around as your engine my think it’s knock. If you ever swap an intake manifold off a vehicle that doesn’t have an oil separator, you will see why! You might not collect that much in there just putzing around town, but after a bunch of high rpm pulls you will be amazed how much collects in there. How about all that penzoil, I’m the same way with my T6 lol 🇨🇦✌🏽

Just the passenger side. From what I've seen the drivers doesn't pick up anything so I didn't waste my money on it. It collects quite a bit actually.

Adding oil into your air/fuel mixture knocks your octane down. Always a good choice to run one ✌🏽🇨🇦

Thanks for making this video. What took longer: taking the engine cover off or installing the catch can? :) Being such an easy swap the solution is evident but would Ford consider this a mod and potentially assle if you do an engine warranty claim? The oil change interval is 16,000 if not indicated otherwise earlier by the oil monitor (which is normal nowadays but seems a lot on a performance car).

Cover took longer lol. I dont think it should be an hassle for warranty and if you were worried it's just a couple seconds to swap the old hose back on. I try and do my oil every 8000km or so. But usually ends up a little over that. I do it more regularly in the summer when the cars pushed a little harder.
