I use Xiaomi EU rom in my Xiaomi Poco F5 and it basically converted my POCO F5 to flagship Xiaomi series as POCO F5 has Miui for poco but since Xiaomi EU roms are based on Chinese rom it converted my mobile to flagship Xiaomi 😂🎉, no bloatwares , no ads , no extra apps (even I have to install KZbin from playstore 🤣 😂 and since I rooted my mobile using magisk delta I unlocked all features that comes with Xiaomi 13 series and also installed lieca camera, HyperOS weather app, it has import option in themes store meaning we can import iPhone theme file and convert my Xiaomi's lockscreen to iOS 17 with more clock styles and animation then original iOS 17 even in MIUI with depth effect working , icon , status bar to exact iPhone 😂. My phone has 7+gen 2 which has more power then 8+gen 1 and little less then 8+gen 2 and bought it in 260$ in sale 🥰all my banking apps works and all safety net is passed as I hide root , I am waiting for Xiaomi EU HyperOS rom and I will shift it to that rom as soon as it is released 🥰

It does work as well in China HyperOS, but Band 7 and Band 20 aren't available. So you can't get all the carrier aggregations, but you still get 5G, I tested 650 mbit, which is okay. On some older Chinese Xiaomi phones, I wasn't even getting LTE+/4G+.

I'm pretty sure from what I've read online, you have to enable developer mode. Then log into your mi account, which has to be active for at least 30 days, you have to request oem unlocking which takes around a week. After that go into settings to enable oem and you have the bootloder unlocked

A lot of people are having issues with Google Wallet. You should've mentioned that you're using the "weekly" ROM, meaning it's unstable/in testing phase. HyperOS has NOT been released as stable by Xiaomi.EU.

I don't think android auto will work. You need to unlock the bootloader to be able to flash roms.

Actually I think only with Services you can find on the Internet. Some companies offer Admin Tokens to unlock bootloader or you do the official way, but Xiaomi has tightend their regulations and getting an official unlock seems hardly possible anymore.

yes make sure to backup everything before installing this rom. you have to backup everything anyway since you have to unlock the bootloader, it'll wipe everything.

The pop up and split screen options in harmony is better specially if you can save a certain app split combo. We don't have that in OneUi6 I'm not keen on the other animations tho, I prefer response speed than animation fluidity. When my Xiaomi updated to Hyper OS, they essentially slowed the response speeds just to highlight their new animations, its good and all but I sped it up anyway using dev options because, if I ever want to focus on animations, I'd watch animé series, 😅

If I compare the smoothness and stability of this ROM with the Stock that was on 14.0.2, they are two different devices.
