I cut my front fender and rear wheel wells. Go to auto zone or Pepe boys and pick up “ fender trim” it’s a rubber trim that will wrap around the fresh cuts and helps prevent rust.. etc. make the cuts look factory after you install it. Takes about 10 min to install.

Remove the bumper completely and go aftermarket steel bumper, install a winch if you want/need. But yes, the more you add, the heavier it gets, the more gas you spend. I own a stock titan and I barely get 20mpg on a good day in the freeway. Your probably down to 16 freeway mpg by now... Or less. It's a trade you'll have to be willing to accept. Good luck. I like your build though.

yeah the mpg is low, it's like 190 miles to the tank lol I'll be getting a fun car come spring time. i might get a front bumper but not right now tho

i v8 swapped it because i wanted more hp/tq and the v8 sounds amazing, didnt really get it for mpg or to run 35's but it helps i guess lolz

the mpg didnt really go up or down, pretty much stayed the same. but i got more HP and a lot more TQ. but i didnt do it for the mpg's mainly the smiles per gallon lolz

I'm about to the VK56DE swap but before I do, I heard the engine does have over heating problems, there specific brands oil you have to use or it will miss up engine and in some cases the engine doesn't last longer than 30.000 miles, you have your engine for have you experienced any issues

I used a 30$ laser level guide to trim the bumper evenly and used pvc board to fill in the space. I came out pretty clean.

How long did it take before you blew up your front differential? you sure it's 3.36 because I dont see the offroad or pro4x badge. even then it's pusing it with 35s

its an SE, i never claimed it was a pro4x or offroad. i upgraded the front diff to an m205 and changed my rear diff as well. i also have a V8 engine, and yeah i'm sure about that as well since it has 2 extra cylinders

yeah offroad and pro4x models have the lockers. if you plan on offroading then i think you should hold off and find one with it. it will save you time and money down the road. i should have done that lolz
