Installing 3D Printed Front Suspension and Steering on to 1/24 Scale RC Shelby GT350

The model car to RC transformation continues! The focus of this video is getting the 3D printed FC-01 front suspension assembly mounted to the model car chassis. Although mounting this assembly does require a little carful measuring and patience, the result looks awesome and should function perfectly. Lots more to do before this 1/24 scale Shelby GT350 is ready to drive, so stay tuned for more!

You know what you could use to build that area back up is to use superglue and baking soda. It creates a very hard material that is workable.

Does the kit include a radiator core support where the front of the original frame gets glued into the body? If so, you could glue that into the body and fabricate mounts for the front of that cross member. That would help disperse the stress of having just the rear part of the assembly be the load point.

He sells everything on his online store to do this your self. I built a 97 mustang gt into a 1/24 scale drift missle, I had some really hard non sticky Goodyear street tires out of another kit and I sourced my own motor offline abd used his suspension stuff and everything came from his site besides model car kit motor and esc, and servo and reciever, i used micro 3 gram metal gear digital rd plane high torque servo
