You kind of glossed over the whole cutting into the deflector to make the cutout larger part of the video, which, arguably, is the most important part of mounting a lightbar that is too big. Any tips for the cuts such as tools? How much did you cut? What you used to sand the edges? What did you use to coat the exposed metal?

We used a dremel with a diamond blade on it to cut it then we just use a sander to clean up the edges LOL
