I really wish Manufacturers would update the wiring to/from the ECU to something with higher bandwidth. Looking at any live data of information at 5 fps is ROUGH, lol.

It's more of how the CAN bus works. It basically is asking for messages, and the PCM writes it back to the module. It's quick when you only have a few things, but that module is probably getting a lot of PIDs at the same time. The more PIDs, the slower the refresh is

A lot of it comes down to the fact that the communication buses aren't designed for that kind of data travel. This kit could have tapped into the cluster harness and gotten more "real time" information instead

Honestly, that's about one of the coolest tech mods, for mustangs, that I've ever seen!! And it's very well thought out and made. Customs fit, good looks, stealthy even. That's a cool idea for a mod. Those those passenger readout screens are a really good idea. When I first found out about em, in a Ferrari review, I was blown away lol. (Make sure you got some kind of lojack tho, seems like everyone on instagram is getting their project cars stolen) Damn that end result is amazing.

Question. I had someone install mine he broke the white wires from the pin connector he spiced a new one from Ford the led screen works but car won’t start and no radio nothing but led screen works. Any ideas?

I recently had this issue try checking the holes that the original blue and white wires connect into. Should be white #9 blue #10.

It's the bandwidth you get when pulling data from the OBD2 port (which they've essentially T'd into). Same thing as when I try to pull up rpms/boost/fuel trim from my 2002 WRX Cobb Accessport... the OEMs havnt updated to a universally faster connection.
