For best results with flares always use a torque wrench, and do up to the manufacturer specifications. Pressure testing the pipe work you installed with OF nitrogen and checking the joints with bubble leak detector is a key step missed! especially if you don’t have certification to buy the gas that you may loose if it starts leaking once you have released the refrigerant! People skipping steps is what gives these units a bad name!
