I bought some rubber bicycle handle grips for my Bessey clamps. Made a world of difference! Amazon of course. Grizzly makes a nice mobile base. I have a couple.

Billy how did you determine the dimensions of the plywood base? What was the logic behind it?

Hi Chris, not much logic. I opened my base to 2 sq ft (outside dimensions) after trying a piece of scrap bolted to the drill press base and trying to knock it over. Lol, it would not budge. I’m very comfortable with the stability of it and I can roll it anywhere! Thank you for watching and subscribing. Really appreciate it 😎 Billy

Brother please get some sort of dust collection system. I know its a pain, but developing a respiratory issue is the LAST thing you need right now; nothing hurts worse than coughing with a hurt back! Also you guys won't have to sweep constantly, great video btw!
