Nice job mate.. I can very much appreciate the planning and effort that it takes. Looks fantastic.. I assume the tank has a liner.. ? Out of interest and only if you don't mind may I ask what was the rough cost of the tank installed.

Can you buy the parts and assemble yourself? How much would it save?

How much water needs to stay in to avoid wind blowing it away? Residual water? Or 4" etc.
