Sorry for the late response I haven’t got auto wipers in my 86 so I can’t say for sure but I do have auto headlights that tern on when it gets dark and there not affected by the Sunstrip. Hope this helped I’ve seen people cut around the censors before and if u do it right it’s not even noticeable but that depends on the sunstrip.
