Brother, I am in the EXACT same situation as you were at the end of your installation vid. I’m installing in a QX50 and have the same audio problem and two “extra” connections. Did you ever figure it out? BTW nice job on the video and explanation! - KW

Did you ever figure it out? Because i have one in my car and everything works fine. The only issue i have is the airbag light came on my dash

i returned it bro, they didn’t send all the correct harness’s , they tried to not give me my refund so i went to the BBB and that made them finally reply to me after 4 months

I had issues with the climate control not working and backup camera. Do you know what it could be ?

it’s mainly on the company not sending the proper wire harness
