Was always told to replace the o-rings when pulling the injectors. If nothing else you'll know the o-rings are good, and they don't cost much from Honda.

Yea, this is true. I had ordered some but they didnt come in time. I have since changed them over. I think I did say in the video you should change them over though

The fuel pressure regulator isn’t needed?

Bro did you need a fuel pressure regulator? I just installed a K Tuned fuel rail on my rsx

I didn't have to, there was a little screw that I could use to block it

can these fuel pressure gauges stay on, or are they meant to be removed?

They can be removed yes but you need to have the little screw that comes with them if you're not putting a fuel gauge on. I have not fitted a fuel gauge but if you are it's recommended to put thread tape on them to reduce leaks
