Is the sand filter one complete sealed unit?

Hi Ashley, It's not totally sealed. It has a layer of something like geotech fabric on top, as water can soak in when it rains. Cheers Shaun

is this legal in a 1/4 acre white sand central Florida residential lot? Requires power? I really like the idea of no drainfield.
