I30n spoiler should have came factory on the n line... I've been looking for one on ebay, glad to see it's plug and play 👍

I don't think it would be a great idea.. I mean, there are nearly no differences between the N-Line and regular N. I am an N driver. sometimes I see a N-Line on the street and salute to him and then I see that it was a N-Line (the driver is confused afterwards)... the best way to do it is like BMW does it.. Big difference between 4 series and M4 or 2 series and M2 etc.

@@PolbeRacing we don't have the i30n in the states. I used to have an evo 8, would see base lancers with an evo wing and I'd get low key upset about it, lol. So I get it, but I still want the i30n wing 😎

Looks great Justin! Too weird about that loose bolt on the hatch, checked mine and its gone! Passenger side too like yours, maybe this is an issue from the factory. Anyway, following your build closely, keep up the good work.

thx for the tutorial - both my outside spoiler nuts were missing - the center nuts were hand tightened - QC at Hyundaii needs to step up on issues like these .

I just installed an aftermarket wing to a family members nissan juke where it mounts similar. What I did was carbon fiber wrap it beforehand. You can easily sand/repaint or just wrap it to hide any slight defects

So I have a i30 tourer and the boot lid started leaking, so I took it to my local dealership and I get told by then that the spoiler is missing 2 seals which should be on the tailgate and that they are not covering under warranty. If you've experienced the same poor workmanship with the clips and the screw's, I'm not surprised my i30 has issues in the same location. Very disappointed with Hyundai build quality!

Yes, they are the same ones that were sold in a group buy on Facebook. They are manufactured in Asia and are going to a few vendors once completed. Hopefully they quality is good and they hold up over time.

Used on eBay. They are extremely hard to find used now. You can buy them new for about $1000-1050 shipped.

The snap type clips? You can use pretty much any of the interior push/snap type clips. They are on a lot of the trim on the interior and hatch area. Hyundai has several part numbers which are all the same but different colors. I think this should work 82315-2P000

Well, if I could find one (or both) cheap enough I am definitely interested in testing them out. According to my findings you can actually buy the I30 N DRL/Turn from Korea too which makes it cheaper than Europe by a lot. I need about $150 to test one side 😅.

Justin Kelly Good idea I never thought about the Korean market lol i’m not a fan of how bland the interior looks with all the black so I’ve been trying to think of different ways to splash up the interior. There’s a great KZbin video from Europe the guy put a lot of Alcântara on the interior makes it look a lot better

Very difficult to find a used one outside of being attached to hatch and most sellers wont sell them separate. When you do find one its often so close to the price of a new one it isnt worthwhile.

I have not because I havent found a good set to have shipped over and the mounting situation is still a little unknown. I do not want to have any physical modifications to the car done so I am unsure if I would be able to mount them with only tape and maybe a couple custom brackets.

The only thing holding me back is I want to see the 2021 Elantra sedan n line first when its released later this year. However I may be swayed if I knew I could install the side skirts. I find the side skirts as well as the wing you installed really makes a big difference in the overall look.

I actually had the ADRO spoiler that I was planning on installing but I ended up selling it because it needed a lot of work to fit correctly. I am not sure if I would add one to those just because of the time/cost it takes but if you want to, then go for it. I think the PD looks better with one because it was somewhat designed to have one but the GD don't look bad with certain ones.

The hatch was never shipped to the US but parted out overseas and shipped here (and was lightly damaged). I paid roughly $300 for the entire hatch. It was a deal I'll likely never find again. You can buy the spoiler new for $1000 shipped.

@@mrwill219 Yeah I have seen those deals before. The lights are worth probably $200 for both and the hatch might be worth $400-500 if you can actually find a buyer. Color probably helps somewhat too. Its a risk but if you have an area to store it then it might be worthwhile.
