Great video! I've just installed an Nvidia Grid. K520 It shows dual GPUs, but none of the vendor or device information displays.

Nice video, but I was wondering if there is a way to control the GPU fan speed? I already have the Nvidia power saving script up and running, but even at P8 state, the fan runs at 43% speed.

Excellent videos !!! Planning to install a NVIDIA Quadro P400 on my little 4 bay Proliant Microserver G8 as I find is unable to reproduce some content and I have to lower the quality. Do PLEX automatically use the new graphics card & drivers installed ? Thankyou !

Thanks! As for Plex transcoding. It depends... In the Binhex-Plexpass container, there are a couple of lines that refer to NVIDIA, these must be set to use the GPU. If I remember correctly, setting them to "all" should take care of it. Plex and GPU transcoding can be finicky. Maybe I need to do a video on that...

@@AlienTech42 Please make a video !!!! but I think you have to get a PLEX pass to be able to do graphic transcoding (otherwise only cpu transcoding)
