Hello dear Ruroc team, I have to buy a new helmet and would like to take the Eox Nebula because of the Shockwave mash and its easy installation etc. Now my father and brother both have a Cardo Packtalk of the slightly older generation. Is the Shockwave mash also compatible with all other Cardo systems, even if they are a little older?

You can Connect the shockwave to Cardo. You have to put your helmet in Bluetooth search mode and his helmet in intercom search mode. It will then connect it self, your welcome☺️

The app doesnt connect automatically and when i tried looking up the cardo shockwave for a step by step instruction in the app, the model did not appear. Any sugestions?

Hey Juan, we have two Shockwave models. Shockwave Bluetooth (Non Cardo) and Shockwave Mesh (Cardo). The mesh is currently pre-order only, so you would have the base Shockwave Bluetooth, which does not contain Cardo functionality

Does the Shockwave Mesh let you connect with any other Bluetooth headset. For example could I connect to my mates headset as he has a Shoei helmet.
