Looking good. But if you went to the trouble and expense of fitting these why didn't you go for the hid/xenon lights? They're so much better and brighter.

whyter the reason is because HID’s will invalidate the warranty so rather not have the fuss of invalidating the warranty on the headlights

I know this is a longshot, but maybe anyone had a problem with the xenons? When I start the engine mine go down like they're supposed to, but then they go up way too much and stay there, blinding other people on the road. I have no idea what could be the problem, I don't get any fault messages on the dashboard or infotainment system everything seems to be connected, also a third of the time I drive headlights work properly. There are no sounds coming from the headlights, I didn't modify the suspension and I don't have the adaptive headlights. I don't want to blind others, but I also have to drive daily to make it from work to lectures and driving on DRL is a bit dangerous. I have 1er e81 if that makes any difference.

Joriel They’re sonar best bulbs to use is LED’s the light output improves drastically the whole purpose of buying these is to get HID’s or LED headlights as they have projectors which makes it legal to use those bulb types

If I remember correctly they’re behind the plastic, but make sure your bulbs are LED’s or low watts HID kit as if you use high watts bulbs you will melt the inside of the lens/ projector

Marc Wagner Water condensation happens on a lot of headlights even some brand new cars suffer from it best thing to do if it ever happens is just slightly remove the back cover and the water condensation will go. The halo brightness is fine too 👍🏾

I’m generally not too sure about wiring lights hence why I took it to a professional, but here is the instructions I got from the seller at the time, hope it helps - “NO connectors should be cut off - from either the lights or the vehicle wiring. The 3 sets of loose black/red wires will need to be connected to the sidelight circuit to illuminate the angel eye rings and the small LED between the rings. The outer sets are for the rings and the inner set for the little LED. The 3 RED wires connect to the thick WHITE wire and the 3 BLACK wires connect to the thick BLACK wire from the connector block (NOT the thick black wire coupled with the red wire going through the gasket to the connector for the High Beam) All H7 bulbs need to transferred for your existing lights. Unscrew cover for the dipped beam, insert and clip in the H7 bulb and plug into the connector (blue/black wiring) and replace the cover. Insert H7 into the High Beam and plug into the connector (red/black wires) and ensure the rubber gasket is properly in place. The headlights are now ready to be plugged to the vehicle connector. The problem is that when I switch the lights on, they are playing on and off for a little time and then they are ok. Shall we install something to eliminate this action. I want to order Angel Eyes. The only question I still have: When your lights are switched ‘off’, are the rings still on? When I turn of my lights during daytime (since I don’t have Automatic Lights), the small bulb goes off too... Does someone know the awsner?

Kaj Lohman it depends because the angel halo lights work as your sidelights so if you use the switch to dipped beams they will turn off when you lock the car also they will come on automatically when you unlock it too

CARL IS ONIT Okay thanks for your reply. I understand that what I call ‘city lights’ are actually called ‘Sidelights’? (the little bulbs on the inside of the headlight units).. So when I switch my lights to ‘Off’, the Angel Eyes rings turn off too? (as they are connected to the side lights)

Yes I believe that's all that needed wiring, hence why I took it to a professional to wire it up for me, after that it was just plug and play

wkdnw wjndwjd Cheers bro it took him 30 minutes and if I remember correctly he used a cable adapter connector, but in all honesty bro I’d recommend taking it to a professional because if you wire the lights wrong, you could end up blow a fuse in the car

the documentation of your car does not allow to carry led or xenon light. Have you been able to do homolaging? I say it because of my coupe I have the same yellow halogen lights, they tell me that if I make the change and I get caught the police report me. the truth quendan of 10 the eyes of angel ;)

Roberto Gonzalez Montes this all depends on the laws your country in United kingdom cars are allowed to have LED’s these are the (angel eyes)?side lights for the car, however the dipped headlights and main beams are halogens with a blue tint and are road legal in my country, but double check with your country laws to be sure it is ok :)
