@@Commsprepper i have cpe 210 with aredn firmware now i am not understanding how to connect it with ubnt nsm2 which have airOS firmware?

This video is great. I was able to follow it up to the part where it say transfer successful. I am running windows 10. I had to go in and enable tftp which i think fixed one problem but its still a little hung up. Any recommendations is greatly appreciated.

You can see that in the AirOS software (before you flash to AREDN).

You shouldn't need to update the firmware twice, did you do the gui firmware update just to show how to do it?

I loaded both files because that's what I was told I should do. After the video I loaded a third file from the nightly build list.
