It’ll fit the block, not sure if all the ports will line up with the head though.

Hello there, how do you remove the front license plate holder from the 2003 Mitsubishi Galant, because I’m unscrewing the screws that hold it in place but it doesn’t go anywhere and it just spins, it is also rusted, is it most likely doing that because of the rust or is there something else holding it into place?

Mine were screwed into the plastic bumper. If you pull outward on the plate holder and loosen the screw it should come out.
