Generallly the design and placementof things like mirrors is such that you can check them without taking your eyes of the road. The bar end ones might give the bike a cleaner finish but despite what you're saying I suspect they are not as good as the originals. For one point they look smaller and of course that affects your field of vision. One a personal note I don't lke them being on the end of the bar it just means the hands are more cramped. All that said I guess it is a matter of personal taste. Enjoy the ride and be safe.

Those are all valid concerns, but I believe that these help fix a major problem with thestock mirrors where the majority of the mirrors vissiom was obscured by your elbows. Here they offer a much better rear view

I might be the only one on the internet who actually likes the classical mirror positions , I do not like to look down for the mirror to see what I got behind me , simply not ideal.. I prefer to replace stock mirror with something decent which will not show my arms yet still will be fitted into factory style.

I just clicked on your Amazon, where to buy these mirrors tab. It is April, 2021, the price on Amazon is $47.99 for these mzs mirrors.. I went on eBay, and they are $22.99 free shipping. Same brand, MZS.. I have yet to find anything cheaper on Amazon on any product. thanks for the review of these mirrors that I did not know existed before. All I know is, the stock mirrors on my Z 400 just give me a limited view of my elbows. about Loctite. I have been using Elmers wood glue instead of Loctite since the late 1970s, On all my dirt bikes, trials bikes, street bikes. I tend to lose those little Loctite tubes, but the Elmers glue bottle is large enough that I don’t lose it

It doesn't look like there is enough bolt to go back into the bar and cure it. Did you change the bolt out for a slightly longer one?

Maybe a little late but no. You should put your same bar end back. It takes a while (took me 3 hours) but it will work. Its diffucult to mange with the gas

Anyone know or have a video on how to fit bar end mirrors on my 2019 Kawasaki W800 cafe and what it entails as it doesn't have bar end protectors like the sport bikes etc

If your bars have a hole in the end then any universal kit should work.

Why would you use red Loc-Tite on those? Typically you need a torch or a heat gun to get anything with red Loc-Tite off, which will totally melt your grips. Medium strength Blue or even Orange should be more than enough.

@@SimpleSimon Thanks. I actually just finished installing these following the instructions of this video, but I have an issue on the throttle side. I keep getting the throttle stick when I go to tighten the stock bar end down. No matter how much tweaking I do between tightening the clamp or the bar end, it gets stuck. Right now I have it loose enough where the throttle doesn't stick completely, however, I can spin the bar end. It doesn't seem safe. Any tips?

hit way to many car mirrors while filtering through traffic with bar ends, they look better no doubt but jesus christ made it alot harder to filter through

The Clamps are to small to fit around the bar ends.

Totally subjective. Those cheap mirrors look like crap on the Z900. I dont have any issue with the OEM mirrors, I do not see my arms in mine because I adjusted my mirrors properly.
