You need to do the rear hatch ones next, I've done both, the hatch upgrade struts opens the hatch automatically with a press of the remote, it's awesome.

Oh yes I have seen it how long have you had them for and have you had any issues with it.

@@DaickersVideos about 4 months now, no issues at all, you just do a long press of the boot button and up she pops.

I have the same kit the problem Is in some point the Struts bend the hood if you try change the orientation the Struts peel the paint but the only way to try fix It Is Made a New bracket but struts look awesome

Sadly this car is gone but whilst I had the car the bonnet struts where there for over 1 year and they was as good as ever, will be installing a new set on my MK4 soon

OK, so you really need to get to know your fastening terminology. A male thread is called a bolt. A female thread is called a nut, hence the term nut and bolt. And the flat thing is called washer. Only correcting you in case someone gets confused. Good video otherwise 👍the tool I used to remove hose clips is called a water pump pliers around £5. there are also specific pliers for those clips but are about £25 if I remember correctly
