Even though the theme of your channel is simple, debt free living, I see a larger theme. You two demonstrate a loving, Christian marriage. Lots of people would never see what that looks like if they did not see your videos. Job well done.

It took me a long time to say just “water heater” when my plumber said it. He said, “Hot water doesn’t need heating”. We both died laughing, and I’ve remembered ever since. 😂

Yeah, that's a common running joke. But every plumber I know (and I know a lot) calls it a HOT water heater.

You continue to be a great blessing to a grandma who can't drive with no family close by. My husband and I have been watching your videos on building out the box truck. We are so impressed with your skillset and laugh at times (with a nod) when you talk about thinking through the design and potential road blocks as we've done the same thing as well with projects in the past. We have plans (God willing) to do some camping of our own after my husband retires. You've definitely made us think about buying something older that we can update to fit our needs. New campers are SO expensive! We are 7 months away from having our mortgage paid off and want to keep any debt as low as it can be, paying off any remaining debt quickly. God Bless both of you and we can't wait for more videos! 💜

Hey Bill, I'm posting this here instead of on your solar panel video in case you are not reading comments there. If your solar guy in Utah is going to install an All-in-One inverter, you might want to watch the Will Prowse video titled: All-in-One Solar System: 2 Basic Rules for Shock Hazard Prevention. You might want to read the comments too, especially the ones about getting shocked by the solar panels on an RV.

I use Dawn Power Spray in my RV to wash the dishes. You just spray it on, wipe it with a wet cloth, and then rinse in the sink. That way you don’t have to use a lot of water to fill up the sink.

@susanpendell42152 ай бұрын
"Effeciency cottage" Elizabeth said. Or maybe a small studio apt. on wheels I would say, because you've got a little kitchen with it. Foldables work so well in small spaces like that ie. folding tables, folding chairs, even folding racks for things on the counter or shelf. Have you thought about a folding clothes drier? If you only wash out your swim suits or a tea towel you need somewhere to dry them. It would save money in the long run as you don't have to use quarters to wash just a few things. There's even small manual clothes washers, but I have never used one. It's just nice and more sanitary to hand out something wet right away than let it mildew in the laundry basket.

Hello Bill. The raised floor also could be used with a deep slide out drawer and the area you made a slide out could have been for the table. I also seen a taller slide out on temu that had alot of space in it. Also I seen on a short, someone used a rope tied and hanging and one about a foot away tied and hanging and stapled into place. They then when wanting a table, used those ropes as brace as they slid a board into it and it held and secured the table. I personally would of used screws. However I am just giving you ideas for maybe doing that somewhere else or outside for a table. I still like what you did, Im simply just giving info.

Hi Elizabeth and Bill! It’s looking real good so far! Just a suggestion… get some thin vinyl cutting boards (Dollar Tree or Amazon) to place on top of the sink cutting board so you don’t ruin it with cut marks and faded color from scrubbing and washing it. I had a similar set up and regretted not protecting the cutting board so it looked nice when it’s just sitting there. Think of it as more of a extra counterspace than a cutting board.

I'm LOvINg this box truck build! It's y'all's new Tiny House on wheels. Everything looks really pretty - that countertop is beautiful and some people don't have a sink that deep in their powder rooms. I've noticed that trend lately and it looks strange to me. Your sink is impressive and like Elizabeth said, you'll actually be able to get a pot or pan in there to wash up! Another excellent job ❤ Quick question: please add this idea to your "possible video's" list. Would love an update on your up north house. It's been SO long I can't remember where you left off in the addition, or in the kitchen area where the table was. Anyway, just an idea. Thank you so much for having the patience to do all that you do plus constantly having to stop to move the camera! Can't wait to see what's next. Bye!

There’s still work to do on the addition. But when we got to VA, the camper became the priority! When we finish this trip in September I will get back to finishing the addition, hopefully before we go back to FL in November.

Good solution on the raised floor. If there is a McMaster Carr nearby or you can order on line (shipping is the bad part but I live close to one), you can get 1/2 or 5/8 steel angle. You can also take a channel and put over the end of the board to help stiffen it. Just another way in case some else is thinking how to solve the problem.
