my suggestion for the videos as well would be to try and make an improved intro the ones you have arent too bad but they could be a lot better to attract more viewers to the channel most new viewers will watch for 5 seconds and either leave forever or stay if you got a more juicy intro like i dunno you drifting your cars in the parking lot or doing a fat burnout maybe or you could even get that clip in there of you beating the brand new mercedes at the track with the slk32 that video was awesome i just think a better into would improve the viewer retention i love your creativity and your funny to watch you have a great personality also dont let what others think about you ever dictate the decisions you make thats how you lose your authenticity please dont ever do that Thanks !!!

Hey Brotha, I'm loving the channel! I ironically, I live just south of downtown Orlando and one week ago I bought a well maintained mechanically stock 04 SL55 with 107K miles. The plan is to build it up in stages, and for each stage to be pretty balls to the wall. In order, I'd like to address cooling, intake and exhaust flow, suspension, brakes, transmission tune and finally power. I've started going down the rabbit hole of intake options and out of all the options I've seen, I think what you did here gives the most benefit with the least drawbacks. Maybe we'll meet up sooner or later.

great idea adam much better then before with just the cone you should put that setup on the e55 and test without pipes and with pipes to see the diffrence this is a great idea though good job this setup will help a lot with air intake temps !!!

Changing the accumulators and servicing the valve blocks doesn't take much... Once they're done it's better than factory...

With the O/S TB you should do a 3" dual-inlet silicone elbow and use in-line air filters with your piping. I think you would get even better temps that way.

I think that the under grill idea is that the air pressure stands in front of the grill, before it gets in radiators it leaks all over the radiator area, to the sides, where those fins were. How many miles this cone filter lives, did you check on dust inside after first cone filter?

What about driving in heavy rain ? That will get ingested into the inlet. Those flaps you cut off are there for a reason ⚠️

What about some exhaust pipe or cut out to remove heat from under the hood. Old style modification like added couple washers to mount of hinges so that air can escape from under the hood by windshield area?

How safe can it be in the rain after you cute those air intake blockers. Wont it sock water in and damage the engine with stock air intake?

I'm keeping my 38k 55 stock. It's fast enough on UK roads with the millions of speed cameras we have 🙄 Folks who upgrade and molest engines seem to have future problems !!
